TermIt

TermIt needs to be able to generate a human-readable locator (URI) which would identify the part of a File which is marked as a Term's definition. This locator should then be displayed as a value of a new definition source property (possibly dc:source), upon click, it would show the corresponding text in annotator.

This locator basically corresponds to the internal locator used in #1032.

• A new attribute representing the source of definition of a Term is added to the model (with the corresponding property)
• This attribute's value is displayed in the UI as a clickable internal link.
• When the link is clicked, annotator is open at the corresponding position, highlighting the corresponding portion of text.
• The value of this source is generated based on the File identifier and suitable hierarchical elements corresponding to the file structure. This identifier should be also aligned with the rules developed in the KODI project.
• Tested.

BONUS: It might be nice to support displaying the linked definition in a popup and only go to the annotator (which is usually quite time consuming) on demand.
