Description

When the annotator is open directly, not going from the resource management screen, it is not able to resolve the relevant vocabulary and thus term selectors in the annotator are empty.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Select a suitable File with content in the Resource management
  2. Open the File content in the annotator
  3. Refresh the page
  4. Now try editing a term occurrence, the selector will be empty
