closedAllow evicting caches from administration UI
Description
As an admin, I want to be able to purge TermIt caches from the user interface, since connecting via JMX bean is problematic to the current deployments.
There should be a button in the administration UI which would invoke server-side API for clearing the system cache.
Acceptance criteria:- Backend contains REST endpoint for evicting system cache
- This endpoint invokes existing cache eviction logic
- Administration UI contains a button for evicting caches which invokes the server side API

Not sure how to test it without debugging on the server side, but the button works and a green message is shown afterwards, so I am closing.
