Description
As a user, I want ontologically related Terms to be visualized in a way that I can select which ontological relationships I am interested in. TermIt would then apply the corresponding queries and visualize results so that I know which relationship is represented by which terms.
The selection configuration can be done, for example, using a set of checkboxes, or by having roots representing the different relationships in a tree select.
Acceptance criteria:- TermIt UI allows users to select ontological relationships in which they are interested for a Term,
- Upon selection of a relationship type, TermIt retrieves (or has precached) corresponding data,
- Resulting Terms are shown in such a way that the users can tell which ontological relationships was used to retrieve them,
- Tested.
