closedChoose occurrence from imported vocabulary
Description
It shall possible to choose occurrence of a term from imported vocabulary.
Maybe in very advanced regime it shall be also possible to create a term into higher-level vocabulary.

- it is not possible to find out from which vocabulary the term comes from. This may be big problem if term with a same name is present in imported vocabulary and its imported vocabulary (that happens often in order to specialize the meaning),
- it does not work, after selecting the term from upper level vocabulary I'm getting this error:

I have added the info about the vocabulary to the tooltip (the easiest way now) - as a result - this enhanced tooltip is also present in the term tree on the vocabulary detail view.

I was playing with it for a while on termit-dev MPP 3.5 vocabulary, that imports PSP and in the beginning it worked, but if I annotated imported term, the occurrence is marked as occurrence of a missing term (článek 2, odstavec 1, civilizační hodnoty). Then I am not able to mark any other imported terms.

Michal, seems to me that works as expected - tried on your example and also created a fresh one - worked in both cases - please check.
