Within the annotator whenever I have an occurrence of a known term I cannot remove the association to the term (i.e. I cannot make it the occurrence of unknown term). Although UI shows it as removed when I refresh the page, it is still there.

Hint: Removal of the association works if I couple it with other operation within the annotator that "commits the transaction" (e.g. "creation of new known occurrence").
