Description

Having a vocabulary V with term T and S.

prefLabel(T,"cs")="Pojem"
prefLabel(S,"cs")="Entita"

If I want to set
- prefLabel(T,"en")="Pojem" - I succeed
- prefLabel(T,"en")="Entita" - I am not allowed and receive "Term with label "Entita" already exists in this vocabulary".

However, a label should be a unique preflabel within a vocabulary for one language only.
