closedRemember whether annotator legend is open or closed
Description
As a user, I want TermIt to remember the state of the legend (open/closed) between sessions, so that I don't have to close it every time I open a file in the annotator, as it gets quite annoying really fast.
Implementation hint: Local storage seems like a candidate for the implementation.
Acceptance criteria:- TermIt remembers the last state of annotator legend so that it is in that state every time annotator is opened
- Switching the legend state updates the remembered value
- Legend state persists between user sessions
- Tested
