This task ensures generation of RDFa markup for the text analysis output. This task is a part of the text annotation service.

Acceptance criteria:
- take an HTML document and recursively transform text chunks using the text analysis service and generate RDFa markup for them.
- publish it as a REST service
- test basic behaviour
