Description
Server contains some config to be reused also by client. This task is to create a REST service to get it.
Acceptance criteria:
- create a REST service which provides a server-side configuration from the config.properties (namespaces) + additional parameters (server version) to the client
- create a client implementation. The client should load the configuration at the startup and provide a way (redux state?) to access it.
- test it.
