Description
As a user, I want to be able to lead a discussion regarding an entity. The primary point where the discussion could be useful are term and term occurrences.
Example user scenario:- Users discuss the meaning/definition/usage of a term.
- Users arrive to a more precise definition of the term.
- Vocabulary maintainer adjusts the comment of the term (or possibly the label as well) based on the discussion results.
- Simple discussion service is implemented, where each post has a title (mandatory) and content (mandatory as well). Date and time are stored as well.
- The service tracks posts related to the same subject in threads.
- A discussion thread can be associated with arbitrary individuals/classes.
- A discussion component is implemented which can be added to arbitrary UI views, e.g., to the term detail view.
- Tested.

Nice idea. Considerations:
- implement everything from scratch
- link with existing discussion platforms, like social networks ?

Should we close this one since we have the Facebook comments integration? Proper term workflow would IMHO be yet another task.
