OK, I found it and checked. In my oppinion, PREFIX v-sgov-pojem: <https://slovník.gov.cz/veřejný-sektor/pojem/> is unused and not needed, since I think that diagram shall be added to popis-dat ontology and used that way. Otherwise it is ok.
Consider creating an issue for adding diagram term into popis-dat and feel free to close this issue then.
For the next time please specify what have you done in a task and where can I find it to check it.
