When a new Vocabulary is created by import from Modelio, new Document and File are also created. But it is not possible to update/upload content of an existing File.

Therefore, File update should also allow to upload new content for the File.

Note that this scenario should also cover situations when a File existed, but content was not stored for it before.

• File editing UI contains drop area for providing new content of the currently edited File.
• If new content is provided in the File editing UI, the content is sent to the server on submit.
• Server stores the new File content, possibly replacing existing content.
• Existing content (if it existed) is backed up similarly to how it is backed up when text analysis is executed.
• Tested.
