AttributeConverter<Date,Object>, ConverterWrapper<Date,Object>
public class DateConverter extends Object implements ConverterWrapper<Date,Object>
Converts between a xsd:dateTime representation and Date instances.

Supported representations are OffsetDateTime and Literal.

Note that when transforming to axiom value, UTC time zone is assumed to provide consistent results.
