Interface ThrowingConsumer<T,E extends Exception>

Type Parameters:
T - the type of the input to the operation
E - The type of the checked exception thrown by the consumer code
Functional Interface:
This is a functional interface and can therefore be used as the assignment target for a lambda expression or method reference.

Represents an operation that accepts a single input argument and returns no result. Unlike most other functional interfaces, ThrowingConsumer is expected to operate via side-effects.

This is a functional interface whose functional method is accept(Object).

This version allows the accept method to throw checked exceptions.
