Support multiple parents assignment

Description
In many cases, term has more parents. Typical scenario is pointing from document vocabulary to a higher level legislation vocabulary term. There is no problem in ontology, but it does not appear correctly in tree component.
Acceptance criteria:
- User must be able to add multiple parents from edit term window.
- Target version set to 2.0.0
- Assignee set to Martin Ledvinka
- Status changed from New to In Progress
It works almost well. As expected, two parents are not visible in tree component.
Both parents are visible in term details, but in edit term window I still see only one. This shall be repaired.
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
it takes some time (few secs), but it works
