Description

Add "Analyze" button to the annotate content feature. It is useful for finding occurrences of terms that were newly created during the work in annotator.

Included the button to the top of the annotator.

Several ideas:
- we might have something like "context action" (that might be part of the sidebar ?) for each screen. This could be one of them.
- we might consider removing "Analyze" button from the file list on the vocabulary detail screen - and optionally - run it on the background once the user opens the file content.
- in the selection of the vocabulary for annotation, maybe the current vocabulary or one of the imported vocs can be preselected. .

to the ideas:
  • I d not understand what you mean by context action,
  • I think that the problem here is that it takes quite a lot of time, but on the other hand -- you do not analyze it when you are not immediatelly interested in the results,
  • i believe that there is preselected vocabulary attached to the document

  • I d not understand what you mean by context action,

I mean actions which change based on the page/context. E.g. for annotator we would show "Analyze" action, while for Term detail we might have there e.g. "Export to CSV".

OK. I'm closing it for now and we must take this into account during the redesign of the UI.

I found a problem - after reanalysis it is neccessary to reload the page to see the results.
I also suggest to preselect a vocabulary attached to the document
