Update frontend dependencies

Description
As a developer, I want to update dependencies in termit-ui, especially Webpack. This should fix the issue with webpack dev server crashes and sloooow build.

I have fixed most of the Lint issues. There are a few remaining however regarding useEffect exhaustive deps. Leaving them for now. Please check, whether you build still works.
I also fixed failing prod build in bd63ec5d

I still don't see any linting errors/warnings. Moreover, I don't see them in the Jenkins log either. I propose to close this issue.

OK, will close it.
We still should investigate it - this should behave consistently on our laptops.
