Document detail shall contain Document metadata and list of files including the button to add new file, it shall be really similar to the Document tab in the Vocabulary detail except from here it shall be possible to edit Document metadata. Among the Document details shall be also the information about a Vocabulary to which is it attached.
In the Document detail shall also be blocked “Delete” button, which gets unblocked only if there are no Files attached to the Document. This shall also be written somewhere next to the blocked button.
If the Document is not attached to any Vocabulary, there shall be a button allowing the user to attach it to the Vocabulary. It shall be possible to attach existing Document to the Vocabulary from the Vocabulary detail, too. Problems with multiple Documents attached to the one file occurring during this action shall be solved in another task (TBD).
Files do not have any metadata. That means that all the occurrences currently shown in the File detail shall now be shared for the whole document and also shown in the Document detail. Users shall have the possibility to annotate documents with terms as in the current version.
