Description

Main menu of the application contains links such as:
"Study Manager"
"Users"
"Institutions"
"Patient records"
...

All links works fine except of link "Study Manager". "Study Manager" links does not work correctly when web application context is different from "/":
http://localhost:8081/study-manager/

The problem is that it navigates to:
http://localhost:8081/#/dashboard
instead of
http://localhost:8081/study-manager/#/dashboard
