closedhistory filter should use contains instead of direct match

- for matching errors, authors, etc. str1.contains(str2) should be used instead of exact match.

Uses contains only for action type
code is quite redundant. would it be possible to write only one select query for that () and reuse it ? :
public List<ActionHistory> findByTypeAndAuthor(String type, User author, int pageNumber) ---> findByTypeOrAuthor
- please test it using junit tests as well.
You mean use one query for searching type or author or type and author?
I tried it and spent a lot of time on it, but without success.
- use workbench to debug query
- where was the problem:
SELECT ?r WHERE {
?r a ?type ;
?isCreated ?timestamp .
- last two lines you add depending on the input params. E.g. if ?author is null you remove "?r ?isType ?actionType" ...
