closedinvitation email is not correctly encoded
Description
It seems that it does not work in case when Firstname or Lastname contains Czech characters.
E.g. for Jiří it sends email:
Dear Ji?í Xxx,
you have been invited to a study running at ....
Your username is: doctor200.
