TermIt

On many screens, properties of ontology assets are presented (vocabulary metadata, term metadata, etc.) in terms of a translated label which is not connected to the original ontology type/property (e.g. 'SubTerms' in term metadata). These links to properties/classes should be dereferenceable and contain description as a tooltip.

Acceptance criteria:
- present all properties/classes presented in vocabulary metadata and term metadata screens equipped with a dereferenceable link to the IRI and a dc:description/skos:definition/rdfs:comment as a tooltip.
- Test it.
