Add support for multiple parents of term

Description
As a developer, I need to go through the application code (mainly frontend) and ensure that it supports terms with multiple parents. Currently the model is designed in a way that expects a term to have at most one parent, which may not always be the case.
Acceptance criteria:
- Application can handle terms with multiple parents on all levels.
- Related to Task #725: Revisit the structure of term hierarchies in glossary added
- Target version set to 1.2.1
