As a user, I want to be able to create (register) new resources, edit existing ones and, if need be, also remove them. Since the backend was already handled in #782, this task concerns only the UI.

When registering a new resource, the UI should allow the user to choose the type of the resource and fill in appropriate attributes. Note, however, that this task does not deal with uploading a file to the server.

Note that this task is partially already implemented (a draft of editing UI exists).

• UI contains an action for creating new resource.
• When clicked, create new resource opens a view for creation of a resource. This view lets the user choose the type of the resource and fill in relevant information.
• Resource IRI creation should adhere to the established principles, i.e., it is generated by the backend based on resource label, unless the user sets it manually.
• Frontend contains UI for resource updating. The update UI contains fields relevant to the type of resource being edited.
• The CU operations are connected with the corresponding backend REST API.
• Tested.
